Hi! I’m Personal Chef Arielle Adams and I am ready to make your dietary & lifestyle goals a reality, proudly serving clients throughout Johnson City, Kingsport, & Bristol TN.

Personal Chef Arielle Adams Services:

My in-home personal chef service is 100% customized to suit your unique needs, tastes, and lifestyle goals. Providing a high-end service at an affordable rate, I will work closely with you to develop a menu that works, whether you choose to select dishes from my extensive menus or have specific items in mind. The service can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and includes menu planning, grocery shopping, and in-home meal preparation, labeling, and storage. Leaving you to simply heat & enjoy.

How it Works:

  1. Consultation: I want to get to know you! Lets get together in person or via phone to discuss your personal needs, goals, and reasons for requiring my service. We will go over dietary restrictions; preferences, service frequency, payment, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and schedule your first service!
  2. Menu Planning: After getting to know you, I will get to work designing a menu just for you. The menu will contain a selection of meals based on your initial consultation and you will be able to select the items that you would like and add anything else you may be craving.
  3. Grocery Quote: I do your grocery shopping! Once we have locked down your menu I will send you the finalized selections along with a quote that will give you an idea of what the grocery bill will look like for your menu.
  4. In-Home Service: I will come to your home to prep, cook, clean, and store all of your meals for the upcoming week. When I am finished your kitchen will look like I was never there, but your fridge will be full of wonderful food to power you through the work week!

Pricing:

You pay for groceries & my time and that’s it! I strive to keep the process as simple and transparent as possible so you know what to expect with each visit whether it be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and can budget accordingly.

  • Groceries: I do all of the shopping for your custom menu. The fee for shopping is $25 dollars and will be included in the grocery quote sent to you once your menu for that visit has been approved. I require a 50% grocery deposit, with the balance being due on the day of service.
  • Day of Service – Hourly rate: My hourly rate is $40 per hour and is due in full on the day of service. Typically, I can prep an entire week of meals in 4-8 hours depending on the complexity of each item and the quantity required.
