While the core of my personal chef service is to provide menus curated with the unique needs of each client in mind, here is a small sampling of dishes I can include in your custom weekly menus:
Composed Meals:
- Eggplant Ricotta Bake – Parmesan, Ricotta, Tomato sauce, eggs, mozzarella, Fresh Basil
- Zucchini Lasagna –homemade meat sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, zucchini in lieu of lasagna noodles
- Classic Lasagna -homemade meat sauce, ricotta, & mozzarella
- Chicken Breast – stuffed with Boursin cheese wrapped in prosciutto served with steamed green beans
- Thai Coconut Curry - tofu, carrots, yellow squash, onion, & yellow peppers served with brown rice
- Ari’s turkey chili – ground turkey, poblanos, corn, and cannellini beans served with sliced lime, shredded cheddar, & sour cream
- Roasted Halibut – broccoli rabe, pineapple salsa, cilantro brown rice
- Chicken Shawarma Salad – Tabbouleh base, chicken, kalamata olives, feta cheese, red onion, hummus, tzatziki sauce, avocado, whole-wheat pita
- Butternut Squash Soup - roasted squash, sage, maple syrup, roasted pepitas
- Stuffed Poblano Peppers - brown rice, cilantro, ground beef, jalapenos, bell pepper, queso fresco
- Not Your Average Baked Ziti - Four cheese baked ziti with homemade meat sauce
- Chicken Enchiladas - Tender shredded chicken breast, red enchilada sauce, & refried pinto beans
- Momma's Shepherds Pie - Momma's recipe, ground beef, caramelized onions, corn, and mashed potatoes
- Chicken Alfredo - scratch made Alfredo sauce, tender chicken breast, & fettuccine
- Beef Bourguignon - slow braised beef & vegetables with garlicky mashed potatoes
- Chicken Pot Pie - chicken gravy, tender chicken, peas, carrots, & pearl onions topped with a flaky pie crust
